The company’s journey began in 2016, when Greg Johnson joined Pete Black Plumbing, bringing with him a clear vision and a transformative energy. What started as a modest operation based in Pete’s home quickly evolved. Under Greg’s leadership and with the guidance of a seasoned master plumber, the company expanded into a thriving operation, boasting a team of 12 skilled professionals and a fleet of 7 service vehicles. In 2017, Greg—along with a business partner—purchased Pete Black Plumbing, continuing to grow the company’s capabilities and customer base while preserving its stellar local reputation. Over the following years, the company flourished. Eventually, Greg and his partner amicably parted ways, allowing Greg to fully realize his long-term vision.

 

In 2024, Greg took a bold step to restructure and elevate the business. He brought on Brandon Pullen, a veteran Project and General Manager, whose extensive field knowledge and operational leadership further enhanced the company’s strength. That same year, Greg finalized the acquisition of J Mills Plumbing, uniting two of the longest-standing and most respected plumbing companies in the region. This landmark merger formed what is now known as Titan Plumbing Group—a true alliance of plumbing giants, built on a combined legacy of quality, trust, and community service. With the addition of Jay Matznick, a Master Plumber and General Manager, Titan Plumbing Group fortified its leadership team with decades of combined expertise. Backed by a team of highly skilled technicians, the company now offers an unmatched level of service, craftsmanship, and reliability.

 

Today, Titan Plumbing Group specializes in comprehensive residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing services, proudly serving homeowners, businesses, and municipalities. The company has also expanded into critical infrastructure services with a full-service VacTruck division, offering hydro excavation, jetting, and basin cleaning—solutions that support large-scale projects and municipal systems across the region.
